class preparation check list

Be ready for the best class experience with our class check list.

Here's what you should bring to every class:

1. Yourself! Thank you so much for dancing with us!

2. Water bottle. (There is very limited water available on site. Please be sure to bring your own water bottle for the duration of the classes you take!)

3. Comfortable shoes and clothing. (You will be moving. A lot! Dance is exercise in disguise. We generally do not recommend high heels but certainly encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that makes you feel good when you dance in it!)

4. Music homework. (Each week, students will be asked to bring in music they enjoy from a weekly theme sent out in our class newsletter. Anyone subscribed to our email list can receive our newsletter.)
